Details
The Rolling family is putting things in place to take a sabbatical/furlough in 2022-2023. As Directors they have never taken an extended break in all the years they’ve been leading, so it’s time to get a bit of rest and rejuvenation so they can come back and lead for many more years. To make this possible we are looking for an Interim Mission Operations Director(s) to come train with them in Haiti for 1-2 months, then oversee day to day operations while they are away during the 2022-2023 school year. This means arriving sometime in June to free their family up in late July/early August so they can get settled before their kids start school. They would return after the end of the school year to resume their role in Haiti.
The position would be best suited for people with a heart for missions that have either served overseas previously, or have a desire to do so. This is a paid position that also includes all housing and other amenities, so no fundraising for personal finances will be required (yay!). Please see the link below for the PDF job description outlining what the role entails, compensation, who should apply, and how to apply.
